Is site traffic retention included?

Yes. Every site gets between 1 and 10 years of visitor data retention, set per site, as part of the Everything Plan. You choose the length that fits each site (session data storage limits keep the max at 10). It's not a separate tier or add-on.

How do I view my site performance?

On the Everything Plan, you have access to our dashboard to view the first-party analytics of every site you manage. You can see how all your sites are performing overall as well as drill down to each site individually to see specifics like session visits.

Do you charge per user or per sign in?

Right now, our Base plan includes a single sign in account per company. Let us know if you are interested in multiple accounts per company and we can build that for you.

Do you charge based on my traffic volume?

Nope. Pricing is per site only. A site that gets 100,000 visits a day costs the same as one that gets 100. It's purposefully inexpensive so you can see the real traffic your sites get without giving away your data to third-party trackers.

What is the consent banner for?

The consent banner (if you choose to enable it) can collect session data, which includes the order of pages viewed by visitors. They have to agree to share this data with us before we collect. We still collect visitor data without a consent banner, just not session data.

What if I want to see the data you collect plus Google or Facebook data?

That's exactly what the Custom Data Views is for. Since your sites already run on Mosa.Click, the data we're collecting for you can be combined with other sources — like Google or Facebook — in one place, without starting over. It's a separate setup built for teams that want everything side by side.
